Inland Underwriters is a service organization, not a sales engine. Complete customer satisfaction is our primary objective and how we measure success.

While others may establish sales goals and service protocols designed to maximize their bottom line, we continue to serve our customers the old-fashioned way: The customer comes first. It is a culture created seventy years ago by my grandfather, Leon M. Cangiano, perpetuated by my uncle, Leon M. Cangiano, Jr., and the way we continue to do business today.
